Yay, our townhouse is off the market! The buyer accepted the counteroffer and now we just cross our fingers that everything goes smoothly to closing. The buyer wanted a 45 day closing (not ideal for me) but it was a strong offer and a strong buyer – so, had to go with it.
I’m SO relieved! Bye bye mortgage payment!
