Last day of normal

This is our last full day in Hawaii!  Our flight to Korea leaves at 12:45pm on Tuesday – and we arrive at Incheon Intl Airport on Wednesday at 5pm.  It’s a little bittersweet…it’s been so nice to have a real relaxing vacation – it’s hard to leave vacation mode.

We plan on spending today running errands, cancelling our cell phone plans, and resuming the packing challenge!  We were told that some of our bags will be stored away from us for the 9 days of orientation.  That translates into – make sure you have everything you need for those 9 days in one bag.  Must reconfigure and re-weigh bags.  Ugh.

Also…going to eat a big, juicy hamburger today.  Not normally food I eat when in Hawaii – but hey, you never know if you can get food like that in Korea.  Also, ate pizza, Mexican, and sushi this past week.

It’s really hard to believe we’ll be in another country – (and one we know very very little about) – tomorrow!
